LP Financial Services membership is based on subscription. You are pre-billed (non-refundable) for the special period of services.

Every LPFS account is prepared for the usage of a single user only and the registrant is the sole person authorized to use LPFS’s services. LPFS has rights to terminate any suspected login sharing account without prior notice and reserve all the rights to take legal action against unauthorized users. It is strictly prohibited reproduction, duplication, or redistribution of this material in any form without prior written consent from LPFS.

All members have the right to terminate the service within their valid period, but all subscription payments are non-refundable. LP Financial Services will continue to provide the service for the agreed period, but no refund is allowed once subscription for a specific period has been agreed upon and paid for by the users.

•  LPFS reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Site (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that LPFS shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any such action

•  Forex trading has large potential rewards, but also large potential risk. You must be aware of the risks and be willing to accept them in order to invest in the Forex markets. Don't trade with money you can't afford to lose. Nothing in our course or website shall be deemed a solicitation or an offer to Buy/sell futures and/or options. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those discussed on our site.

•  No guarantee of performance, results or any other anticipated return on investment is offered by LPFS at any time. Past results are not necessarily indicative of future results. Currency trading includes high risk and subscriber can lose some or all of subscriber's investment capital.

All information provided in the service is proprietary to LPFS and may not be copied or redistributed without prior written approval of LPFS. LPFS shall not be liable for any damages or costs arising out of your use of any of the services or companies accessed through the linkage to our web site over the Internet.

•  Testimonials are non-representative of all subscribers, certain subscribers may have worse performance than that indicated.

•  The TON auto trading software and any related products are optional trading tools or analytical tools only and are not intended to replace subscriber's research or licensed investment advice. Due to the volatility during the news, traders may experience execution problems such as slippage and/or lack of execution altogether. No matter how accurate a system may be, no one can guarantee execution. Moreover, execution may vary from trader to trader, depending on the broker the trader utilizes, and/or the speed of the trader's Internet connection.

•  By downloading, installing and/or using the TON auto trading software, subscriber agrees that the author and any other entities associated with LPFS shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, consequential loss or any damages whatsoever arising from its usage.

•  LPFS hereby grants to subscriber a license to use the TON auto trading software for subscriber's personal trading only. This license does not convey to subscriber any interest in or to the software, but only a limited right of use revocable by the terms of this agreement. The software shall be utilized by subscriber only in accordance with this agreement.

•  The subscription authorizes installation of the TON auto trading software for subscriber's sole, personal and private trading use only. The software and subscriptions necessary to operate software shall at all times remain the property of LPFS, and subscriber is only being granted a right to use license for the software, which may be revoked by LPFS, if the software is used in any manner inconsistent with this agreement. Subscriber represents and warrants that subscriber will not participate in any commercial venture whatsoever, wherein the use and reliance on the software is in any way part of said commercial business venture.

•  LPFS provides a 7-Day trial subscription for the services. Trial subscribers will not automatically be enrolled into a renewing subscription after the 7-Day trial expiry. Subscribers that would like to continue using the services should speak with a customer support representative. Details for obtaining a new subscription will also be provided to trial subscribers towards the end of the 7-Day trial period by email.

•  Subscriber understands that requests for subscription cancellations must be in writing, and may be sent by E-mail to support@fxreturn.com . Subscriber understands that oral termination will not be accepted and that if subscriber requests cancellation prior to the end of a period for which subscriber has already paid LPFS's subscription charges for the services, subscriber will not receive a refund of such payment. Subscriber further acknowledges that requests for cancellation must be communicated at least 5 days prior to subscription renewal date. No refunds will be given if subscription has already renewed. If the request for cancellation is not received at least 5 business days before the next term begins. Subscriber's account will be cancelled on the last day of the following term.

•  When you apply for or maintain an account with LP Financial Services, we collect personal information about you for business purposes, such as evaluating your financial needs, processing your requests, informing you about products and services that may be of interest to you, and providing customer service. The personal information we collect is only accessible to LP Financial Services and its affiliates and is not disclosed to any nonaffiliated third parties.

•  Any covenant or agreement or condition of any part of this agreement may be amended or revised by LPFS at any time without the express written agreement of subscriber.
